Premium: a translation that ends the debate about quality

There are texts where the process is non-negotiable. A contract that determines a large order. Documentation that an auditor reads. A campaign that defines the brand in a new market. It was with such texts in mind that we created the service that launched our company. From the first word to the last, Premium is handled exclusively by people. Perfectionists from day one, following the same quality standards since 2005.

Premium: a translation that ends the debate about quality

Three pairs of eyes

  1. A specialist translator. A native speaker of the target language with experience in your field. They work at a pace of about 2,000 words a day, because accuracy has its own tempo.
  2. Bilingual editing. A second expert reads the entire text sentence by sentence, comparing it with the source in terms of meaning, terminology, style, and register.
  3. Quality control. Numbers, tags, formatting, and consistency with the glossary and previous versions. In high-risk texts, a typo in a numerical value isn't a typo; it's a defect.

We adopted this rigorous approach from our collaboration with Crestec, a Japanese documentation company we have been working with continuously for nearly 20 years. So far, 85 million words have gone through this process. A critical error—one that distorts the meaning of the source—cannot be allowed.

For what content

Contracts and legal documents. Regulated documentation, including medical devices under the MDR. Financial reports and texts. Brand texts: websites, campaigns, management materials. Anything you sign with your own name or logo.

How much does it cost?

Starting at €0.12 per word. This is the rate for three people working on your text, and for the peace of mind that no one will need to correct it after publication. Repetitions from the translation memory also lower the price at this level. Details can be found in the price list.

Frequently asked questions

Not for translation or editing. From the very first sentence, the text is written by a human. We use tools where they enhance accuracy: translation memory, terminology control, and QA for numbers and tags.

Expect about 2,000 words per day per translator, plus time for editing and checking. For larger projects, we assemble a team and shorten the timeline. You'll receive a specific deadline with the quote, and we meet 99.98% of those deadlines.

Yes. For larger projects, we'll arrange a short sample using your material so you can assess the style and terminology before we start the full project.

There are three people working on the same text. First, a specialist translator – a native speaker of the target language with experience in your field. Then comes the bilingual editing stage: a second expert reads the entire text sentence by sentence and compares it with the source in terms of meaning, terminology, style, and register. Finally, quality control: numbers, tags, formatting, and consistency with the glossary and previous versions. This ensures that a critical error—one that distorts the meaning of the source—simply cannot slip through.

Premium is for texts where a mistake costs the most: contracts and legal documents, regulated documentation, financial statements, brand texts—basically, anything you sign with your own name or logo. If the content is intended for people but doesn't carry such a risk, post-editing is usually sufficient, and AI Bridge can handle draft content. Not sure? Check out the plan guide, or send us your document, and we'll advise you on pricing.

Yes, that's one of the natural applications of this level. We translate regulated documentation, including medical devices under MDR, as well as financial reports and texts. We select a specialist with experience in the relevant field for the translation, and a three-person process ensures accuracy in terminology and numbers, where consistency is key—not just linguistic correctness.

Yes, repetitions from the translation memory lower the price at this level as well. You pay a fraction of the rate for everything we've already translated for you, as well as for repetitions within the document. Your glossary and memory grow with each project. For documentation that undergoes frequent revisions, this represents a real savings opportunity, even at the highest service level.

It comes from process, not talent. We developed our Premium rigor through our collaboration with Crestec, a Japanese documentation company we've been working with continuously for nearly 20 years, and we've put it to the test on 85 million words. We classify each error according to its severity—critical, major, or minor—using the same scale for years, and a critical error cannot pass through three pairs of eyes. It's the same commitment to quality that launched the company in 2005.
