Our story
20+ Years of Translation Excellence
Since 2005, and officially as Edit Perfectly s.r.o. since 2017, we've helped global businesses communicate flawlessly across languages. From finance to fashion, legal to SaaS, electronics to health&beauty, we focus on premium translation needs with precision and care. That's 85 million words translated and edited to date.
Led by Ryszard Wania's 20+ years in the translation industry, we combine human expertise with AI innovation through Bridge – our platform that blends trusted translation quality with the AI tools businesses need, supported at every step by over 600 specialists.
What sets us apart?
Unlike standalone engines like Google Translate or DeepL, Bridge enhances translations with GPT-5 prompts for QA, processing content in context to avoid common pitfalls. We support plenty of file types, and any domain field (finance, legal, marketing etc.); your own glossaries, and even your past translations for better stylistic alignment. For pure AI, over 200 language combinations are available; where humans are needed, we provide full support for all EU languages, plus high-demand languages like Japanese and Chinese.
Our Mission
We make AI translations reliable for business use with our integrated quality assurance. We help companies expand and grow without language hurdles.
Core pillars
Edit Perfectly is both our name and our philosophy. From day one, our goal has been to enrich company communications by delivering top-quality, error-free content — because poorly written, unedited and untargeted content can cause irreparable damage to a company's reputation. That was true in 2015, when sloppy human translations were the main risk. It is even more true today, when unchecked AI output is. The threat changed; the mission didn't.

We believe in the power of sharing
Our love for languages goes hand in hand with our desire to help others. Every year, our support to Mary's Meals provides meals for around 25 children, and for over a decade, we've also shared our translation expertise to help their work reach further. We hope to continue growing this impact, one child at a time.
We power AI BRIDGE
Tools like DeepL, Google Translate, and Microsoft Translator provide quick translations but often lack full context or cannot be used with the file type you normally use. This leads to revisions that slow you down. Bridge, powered by Edit Perfectly's 20+ years of expertise, leverages AI models – like Claude Sonnet or GPT-5 – enhanced with specialised QA prompts to process hundreds of words in context, capturing nuances in technical, legal, or marketing content, without sacrificing speed or forcing you to work outside your usual workflow or file type.
