You'll receive a quote with a realistic deadline and a recommended level within 24 hours of sending the document. First, a person reads your guidelines and checks the document, and sometimes recommends a lower level than you expect. We charge per source word, offer discounts for repeated segments or those already in your translation memory, and you know the price before we start.

You pay a fraction of the rate for everything we've already translated and for repetitions within the document, and your glossary grows with each new project. With documentation that undergoes frequent revisions and catalogs, this is typically the biggest area for savings, which becomes apparent from the second project onward.
